We offer cash on delivery islandwide. You pay nothing upfront — simply pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives at your door. No card or bank details are required to order.
After you place your order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you provide is correct and reachable, so we can deliver without delay.
Every FEMME+ order ships in plain, discreet packaging. There are no product names or details visible on the outside of the parcel — your privacy is always protected.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll keep you updated by SMS or WhatsApp. If you'd like an update at any time, just message us with your order number.
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. If delivery fails because the address or phone number is incorrect, or the parcel is refused at the door, the order will be returned to us. Repeated refused COD deliveries may affect your ability to use cash on delivery in the future.
